A unique sorting system as well as four AMF-BX FlexControl lines enable maximum flexibility, flawless grading and packaging, and minimum give-away on the final product.

HARVESTING FILLETS

After weighing the incoming breast caps, each pallet is provided with a bar code, guaranteeing traceability of the products. The fillets are being harvested on the filleting lines and transported to one of five grading lines.

QR CODE

All approved products are weighed, collected in the central conveyor system, and placed into trays. Each tray is provided with a unique QR code, containing information on a specific batch. Approved trays are immediately sealed, provided with our guaranteed quality label, packed into boxes, and prepared for shipment.

CALIBRATION

Our customers range from supermarkets to food services for schools and from wholesalers to butchers. Naturally, we tailor sorting and packaging to the wishes of the customer. For example, our calibration system can ensure every portion having the same size.

REFRIGERATED TRUCKS

We deliver our fresh quality products throughout Europe. By using highly specialised trucks, these are temperature controlled to transport fresh products, integrity, safety and quality of the delivered goods are guaranteed.

International

Our truck drivers use the company trucks to supply our customers in the Netherlands and Germany; for transport to other European countries, we hire selected transport partners. Our products are delivered within 24 hours in almost all European countries, in Ireland within 36 hours.
